Terms of Use

Using this site

GeoPinPoint provides free geolocation tools — address-to-coordinates conversion, reverse geocoding, a distance and bearing calculator, and batch conversion — for personal and light commercial use. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Fair use

The batch conversion tool is capped at 25 addresses per run. Please don't attempt to automate large-scale scraping of this site's tools — usage is monitored and excessive automated use may be blocked.

Accuracy of results

Coordinates, addresses, and distances returned by this site are generated by third-party geocoding services (Google Maps Geocoding API) and are provided for general reference. We cannot guarantee perfect accuracy, and results should not be relied upon for navigation, emergency services, surveying, or any application where precision is safety-critical.

No warranty

This site and its tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of any result from this site is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoPinPoint is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Third-party services

This site relies on Google Maps Geocoding API and OpenStreetMap. Their own terms and availability apply, and we're not responsible for outages or changes on their end that affect this site's tools.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
